Liberating Structures Workshops

Hosting and organizing the Liberating Structures Workshops #MTL is another way to help with growing the Agility community by building the next generation of Agility Enablers in town and learn more about how to tap the collectif intelligence to solve problems.

Our Workshops are designed to introduce participants to a small – medium number of Liberating Structures very rapidly – it’s a fast cycle “see one, do one, teach one, do another one” method of learning. The idea is to create awareness of the range of possibilities that Liberating Structures open up. Also, covering a wide variety of structures underscores the idea that there is no single way to address many complex challenges. Our one day workshops could be considered a good step to get in touch with these ease to learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination, trust and collaboration.
About Liberating Structures
Invented by Henri Lipmanowicz and Keith McCandlessLiberating Structures are easy-to-learn 33 microstructures that enhance relational coordination, trust and collaboration. They quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone. Liberating Structures are a disruptive innovation that can replace more controlling or constraining approaches.
What’s special about the Liberating Structures approach?
Unique synergies arise from combining the following elements:
  • A large collection of simple and practical self-organizing microstructure.
  • Inclusion of all organizational levels (top to frontline with an option to include clients/customers).
  • Personal experience of jointly shaping wise responses to current challenges.

Together, these elements make it possible for an organization to start rapid cycles of experimentation, launching a transformation that includes everyone.
